            A free music festival combining fine jazz with fine wines, the Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival is part of downtown Syracuse's ArtsWeek. Outdoor stages, including the "Mardi Gras Pavilion" for New Orleans-style jazz and the "World Beat Pavilion" with sounds from around the world, strolling musicians, open on-stage master classes as well as clinics with student groups by guest artists. Food and beverages will be featured!
